Lose Weight with Organic Eggs

Eating organic eggs is a healthy way to lose weight. I personally have found two hard boiled organic eggs to be very filling and nutritious at a total of 140 calories.

Breakfast is two hard boil organic eggs. (I tend to stay away from the regular eggs because the yolk is too hard and disgusting. It could be all the hormones and antibiotics when hens are caged and force fed corn and animal byproducts.) No juice and no sugar. This should keep you full until lunch time.

Lunch, go for a grilled chicken salad. Really watch your portions, it is not necessary to stop eating only when you are full. Again, no juice and no soda.

Dinner, two hard boil organic eggs 15-20 minutes before your meal. Then eat anything you want while watching your portions. Best to stay away from greasy fried food, and juice or soda.

Snacks, stick to fresh fruits. Processed or packaged fruits have a lot of sugar. Just read the labels and you will be fine.

It can get expensive very fast because organic eggs are priced at $3.99 per dozen. This is very healthy, nutritious and never makes you feel sluggish.

I don’t subscribe to the idea of no carbs because it is ridiculous. Eat what you want, but let the organic eggs do the heavy lifting while you watch the meal portions, and eliminate sugar if possible. Remember that you have to enjoy what you eat in order to successfully lose weight.

In less than 1 week, I went from 158 to 153. This is after being plateaued at the 157-159 range for two months. This is just my experience.
