With absolute determination, in addition to emotional support from teammates and trainers, Danny lost 239 pounds in 137 days (11 weeks on the Biggest Loser ranch + 60 days at home). That averages out to losing 1.7 lbs a day.

This is an amazing accomplishment based on simple weight loss secrets.
