Blogging to Weight Loss

It is possible to lose weight by blogging about it. In the few months that I have been writing obesity fighter articles, I have dropped a total of 18 lbs as if the fat melts away by itself.

As I am writing, I am constantly reinforced about good and bad dieting habits. I have made changes to my eating habits (eliminating all sugar where possible basically stopped drinking soda, or juice – also less processed foods), and started to work out by constantly moving whether it is doing squats or lunges every chance I get.

Humans used to move around a lot more when we were evolving, but then television and computers came along. Learn to adjust, you can still enjoy everything of what both technologies offer by refusing to remain stationary while watching TV or using the computer. Take short breaks to move around and bring the heart rate up.

And yes, blogging about weight loss does help you lose weight because you know exactly what works and what doesn’t. Weight loss is all about retraining your brain to do and repeat what works. Weight loss is not rocket science.
