Just say no to soda, and save yourself from a world of hurt if you are already leaning towards becoming obese or gaining unwanted pounds. Soda basically adds on lots of unnecessary calories without filling you up with real fuel. Where as water will quench your thirst without calories.

Also remember there is no such thing as diet soda. Observe the most common characteristics among fat and overweight people, they drink lots of diet soda (which is an absolute joke the junk food corporations are playing on everyone’s health).

Switch over to water, this will guarantee that you will lose weight in the long run.
