Going to the gym is easier said than done considering most machines are not designed to accommodate someone who is 400-500 pounds. Do not be discouraged.

Here’s a list of easy exercises to lose weight without the gym:

If you have access to the gym:

  • Go straight to the pool. Swimming is one of the best and easiest exercises to help you lose weight.
  • Try the rowing machines. They can accommodate any width and sizes for a total workout on your upper body and legs.

Remember your long term goal is to become and remain active to help you lose weight. Please stay away from sugar and processed foods.
