  • Breakfast – protein shake, cereal, yogurt, banana
  • Snack – 300 calories of low carb, high protein foods.
  • Lunch – chicken salad sandwich w/ veggie salad, water, no soda
  • Dinner – steak and broccoli. No carbs after 6pm.
